Below is your guide to Visualization for Manifestation. It is designed to align you with your future self. 

Down below are the module, the meditation, and the journal prompts. 

I recommend engaging with the module. Then, listen to the meditation and go into the journal prompts. 

Be sure that when you journal, you have time and space to do this in depth. 

This is all about clarifying what you want over the next 6 months—what you want your future self to look like. 

So, when journaling, go into as much detail as possible for the other part of the practice. 

Remember to consider obstacles. For example, my daughter has epilepsy, so I help co-create her health in my manifestation. 

Once you finish the journal prompts, turn it into a thank you letter. 

Do each journal prompt as a section, then take a break when writing your thank you letter. 

Remember to write it the day after the 6 months hit like it ALL came true!

Then, record your journal prompt answers as you desire. 

Listen to your recording each day. 

Read your thank you letter each night before bed. 

Watch your manifestation come to fruition. 

PS: You do not have to do this in one sitting! Break this down to do each section a day. Or, if you have the time, space, and energy, you are more than welcome to do it all at once. That said, it is energetically draining because you are not fully aligned with this version of you. So keep that in mind as you work through this guide.
